ZKickoff + TeamCowboy
TeamCowboy is a free, well-loved team-management tool for recreational and adult leagues — rosters (with shirt and pants sizes), schedules, RSVPs, a message board and a team store. ZKickoff complements it at the competition level — league standings, tournament brackets, live referee reports and public pages — while still giving coaches a team portal and a tactics board.
How they work together
Keep TeamCowboy for free single-team admin — RSVPs, the message board and team gear. Add ZKickoff to run the league or tournament around your team: the shared schedule, standings, brackets and live referee results, plus a coach portal with lineups, ratings and a tactics board.

FAQ
Can we keep TeamCowboy for our team?
Yes — keep TeamCowboy for free team admin (RSVPs, the message board, team gear). ZKickoff runs the competition around the team — the shared schedule, standings, brackets and live referee results — and the coach portal here adds lineups, ratings and a tactics board. They work side by side.
Is ZKickoff free like TeamCowboy?
For individual coaches, players and referees, yes — those roles are always free, and an organizer’s first competition (up to eight teams) is free too. TeamCowboy is free for single-team management; ZKickoff adds the competition layer (standings, brackets, referee reports) that a team-only tool doesn’t run.
