Account data: the email address you sign in with (we are passwordless — we never store passwords).

Event data you provide: teams, rosters (player names, jersey numbers, and optional dates of birth), schedules, venues, and match results.

Contact data: information you submit through our contact form.

Basic technical data needed to operate the service (e.g. request logs).

To run your league or tournament: publish public event pages, compute standings and brackets, and deliver sign-in and notification emails.

To respond to enquiries you send us. We do not sell personal information.

If you choose to verify your age/identity, you may upload a photo of a government ID. It is stored privately, shown only to an authorized reviewer, and never displayed publicly.

With your explicit consent, we run an automated check: we read the date of birth printed on the ID (text recognition) and compare the photo on the ID to your profile photo (a facial-similarity score) to confirm they are the same person. This biometric comparison is used only for this verification, is processed on our own infrastructure, and the derived score is not shared or reused for any other purpose.

Automated verification is optional. If you do not consent, or the automated check cannot confirm the match, a human reviewer handles it instead. You can withdraw consent or request deletion of a submitted ID by contacting us.

Youth rosters may include minors’ names and numbers, provided by the organizing adult (organizer or coach). We process this only to operate the event and restrict access to the organization that entered it.

Automated biometric verification is intended for adults (18+); minors’ age eligibility is confirmed by an organizer/human reviewer.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link and we honor opt-outs across our platforms.
